Late Sunday night, police identified a fourth person, Jacob Burnett, 24, of Waukegan, who is accused of assisting in a Dec. 13 robbery at the Arby's in Waukegan. robbery suspect was in custody in Florida Saturday after taking a
drugstore employee hostage and, then surviving a shootout with police,
authorities said. The robbery began at a Walgreens store in Miami Shores about 6:15 a.m. EDT while 10 employees were holding a meeting before opening for the day, The Miami Herald reported. Within minutes after ordering the employees to the floor, the gun-toting man allegedly grabbed the store manager and headed outside, only to be confronted by three police officers, the Herald said.
